In-shop Computer Diagnostics & Repair  In-shop labor, consultation, training & website design services are billed by the 1/2 hour.  Remote support is billed by the 1/4 hour. On-site Computer Diagnostics & Repair On-site service is billed by the hour, per technician, including drive time.  Due to scan times, it is highly recommended that computers suspected of virus or malware infection be brought to us for in-shop repair.
